About the position

The Digital Marketing Assistant at SWBC plays a crucial role in supporting the digital team by managing and maintaining digital assets, including the company's web presence and marketing automation systems. This position involves executing marketing strategies, collaborating with the Marketing Analyst, and ensuring cohesive digital media activities to drive traffic and identify Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). The role emphasizes creativity and analytical thinking within a dynamic team environment focused on innovative digital marketing solutions in the financial services sector.

Responsibilities

  • Support website updates and execute blog promotion and publishing.
  • Coordinate all digital media activity based on business needs, including usability and site content enhancements.
  • Work closely with marketing management to ensure the website meets company standards and overall strategy.
  • Monitor the impact of digital media assets in coordination with the Marketing Analyst for reporting and analysis.
  • Support the sales process and attribution model to report on ROI by understanding the interaction between the marketing automation system and CRM.
  • Provide oversight for email marketing efforts, including timing and deliverability.
  • Serve as the administrator of the marketing automation system and other digital technologies, maintaining users, settings, and assets.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from a four-year college or university.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in website maintenance and development, including basic HTML, SEO, and web content strategy.
  • Experience in marketing automation execution and management of automated marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in digital advertising execution and management, including Google AdWords and display advertising campaigns.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent organizational, listening, problem resolution, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with CRM systems and their integration with marketing automation tools.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools to measure and report on digital marketing performance.
