About the position

The Quell Group is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to enhance client engagement through innovative brand marketing strategies. This full-time, in-office role involves managing comprehensive digital marketing efforts across various channels, including search, social media, and email, while producing compelling content and analyzing performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, implementation, and management of digital marketing strategies across all channels.
• Measure engagement and report results, recommending changes to optimize ROI and KPIs.
• Produce relevant content that drives engagement, traffic, and leads.
• Assess SEO and GA4 data, providing actionable recommendations.
• Create and manage online content and campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Manage email builds, landing page development, and database management to generate qualified leads.
• Coordinate with agency teammates, vendors, and clients to optimize user experience.
• Stay informed of emerging digital trends and technologies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in marketing communications.
• Experience with paid, earned, or shared media for digital and social media campaigns.
• Familiarity with WordPress and other website CMS.
• Strong writing skills, particularly in AP Style.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to quickly grasp concepts and distill information.
• Demonstrated initiative and follow-through with the ability to meet deadlines.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous agency experience representing B2B clients preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field preferred.
