Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative paid media campaigns focused on maximizing ROI.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment of campaign strategies and goals.
• Manage digital ad buys to adhere to budgets while optimizing performance.
• Analyze opportunities for optimization across multiple platforms and implement effective solutions.
• Conduct comprehensive keyword analysis and provide recommendations for paid media optimizations.
• Define, measure, and evaluate campaign results, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives.
• Generate detailed campaign performance reports, including insights and recommendations for future strategies.
• Ensure all marketing work adheres to brand standards and compliance requirements.
• Assist with ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or related field.
• 3+ years of digital marketing experience, including paid search, social, and display campaigns; agency experience preferred.
• Experience managing digital campaigns with budgets over $1M annually.
• Comprehensive knowledge of paid media networks and algorithms.
