About the position

RVNAhealth is seeking a creative and versatile Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing our social media presence, graphic design, and event support, ensuring that our brand is consistently represented across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in content creation, digital advertising, and graphic design, and will be a collaborative team player capable of managing multiple projects effectively. In this position, you will be responsible for creating, designing, and scheduling daily and weekly social media content across various platforms. You will collaborate with different departments to develop content strategies, capture photos and videos for content creation, and plan and execute social media campaigns. Additionally, you will edit images and videos to ensure high-quality content that aligns with our brand's standards. The role also involves designing graphics for social media ads on platforms like Facebook and Instagram, tracking ad performance, testing new strategies, and optimizing based on results. You will create and update promotional materials such as flyers, postcards, brochures, and newsletters, and assist in event setup and promotional material creation for various events. A solid understanding of Google Ads and analytics is essential for this role, as you will be expected to analyze ad performance and make data-driven decisions to enhance our marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Create, design, and schedule daily/weekly social media content across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop content strategies.
  • Capture photos and videos for content creation.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns.
  • Edit images and videos to ensure high-quality content.
  • Design graphics for social media ads on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Track ad performance, test new strategies, and optimize based on results.
  • Update community calendars and develop ads for all agency service lines.
  • Create and update flyers, postcards, greeting cards, brochures, and promotional materials.
  • Create posters and yard signs for annual events.
  • Format and create evergreen newsletters quarterly and customize newsletters for different locations or departments.
  • Assist in creating and printing promotional materials for events.
  • Support event setup as needed.
  • Understand Google ad placement and analytics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, and graphic design.
  • Proficiency in all social media platforms and scheduling tools.
  • Understanding of Google ads and analytics.
  • Strong graphic design skills with experience in Canva and design tools.
  • Experience with social media advertising platforms and analytics.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., MailChimp, Constant Contact) and content management systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
