About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at Trumark Companies will play a pivotal role in enhancing the online presence of the brand through the implementation of various digital marketing campaigns. This position is designed for a strategic thinker who can manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring that all marketing efforts align with the company's objectives to increase brand awareness, attract new leads, and engage current homebuyers. The specialist will work closely with the Corporate Vice President of Marketing and collaborate with internal teams, advertising agencies, and third-party vendors to create and manage a variety of digital content, including email campaigns, landing pages, and social media advertising. In this role, the Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the design, testing, maintenance, and reporting of automated online marketing campaigns. They will utilize company templates and platforms to optimize the user experience and ensure that all digital assets comply with fair housing regulations and brand standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills to assess the performance of online marketing programs, make data-driven recommendations, and take action to optimize results. The position requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as the specialist will need to interact with various departments to gather input and materials for digital content creation. Additionally, the role demands a high level of organization and attention to detail, as the specialist will manage project risks, budgets, and timelines to achieve marketing goals. The Digital Marketing Specialist will also be expected to stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing, ensuring that the company remains competitive in the market.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the marketing team, advertising agencies, and third-party vendors to create and manage email campaigns, landing pages, and digital content.
  • Deliver on multiple digital marketing initiatives simultaneously.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of online marketing programs, making recommendations to optimize results.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and activity progress to ensure project goals are achieved.
  • Interact collaboratively with other departments to gather input and materials for digital assets and content creation.
  • Work within online budgets, review budget reports, and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Maintain compliance with fair housing regulations and brand standards.
  • Complete all other duties as assigned by the manager.
  • Adhere to company safety standards and promote a safe working environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent business experience required.
  • 2+ years of demonstrable expertise in digital marketing and demand generation.
  • Experience in Real Estate or equivalent B2C marketing work experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Meta/Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads platform, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Proficient with marketing automation tools such as Marketo, CRM tools, Microsoft Dynamics, and website CMS.
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite for graphics maintenance and other relevant tools.
  • Strong grammatical and creative writing skills, with the ability to review and proof marketing text for various platforms.
  • Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suites.
  • Solid organization skills and a results-oriented, collaborative work style.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Google Analytics for performance tracking.
