About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at First Community Bank of Utah will support the Marketing Director and the marketing team by creating and managing digital content. This part-time role focuses on enhancing the bank's online presence through social media management, content creation, and collaboration with various stakeholders to promote the bank's services and community involvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage First Community Bank's social media presence including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Create content such as social media posts, blog entries, video stories, and graphics.
• Stay updated on social media trends and technology, making recommendations for new platforms and better utilization of existing ones.
• Manage the bank's internal digital marketing channels including the bank website and marketing cloud email journeys.
• Coordinate with the marketing department and third-party digital partnerships on campaign creation, implementation, and tracking.
• Work with bank-sponsored charitable organizations and sponsorship partners to enhance visibility.
• Represent the marketing team with Glacier corporate marketing operations and other Glacier Bank divisions.
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act and the Patriot Act.
• Complete required bank training courses within assigned time frames.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2 years of Social Media Management or related digital marketing channel experience (email, website, SEO).
• Proven competency in social media, including knowledge of good content and optimizing engagement.
• Practical experience with social media or website management tools.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with video content creation and editing.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices.
• Knowledge of email marketing strategies.
