About the position

&Barr is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Orlando, FL. As a mid-size, full-service advertising agency, we pride ourselves on providing integrated services that encompass strategy and branding, creative, public relations, account service, social media, traditional and digital media, and analytics. Our diverse roster of national and international brands has been cultivated over more than two decades, and we are excited to add a new member to our family-owned, multi-generational company that has been in business for 67 years. In this role, you will be responsible for managing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including search, social media, programmatic display/video, and CTV/OTT. You will leverage your expertise in digital marketing to drive results for our clients, ensuring that campaigns are executed effectively and efficiently. Your technical competence in paid search and social platforms will be crucial as you analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns to achieve the best possible outcomes. We offer a flexible work environment, with a hybrid schedule that allows for four days in the office and one day remote. Responsibilities

  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across search, social, programmatic display/video, and CTV/OTT.
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better results.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop integrated marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in platform digital campaign management.
  • Google AdWords certification is required.
  • Technical competence and experience with paid search and social platforms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, especially in conducting analysis using formulas and pivot tables.
