The Digital Marketing Specialist at Industrial Metal Supply will play a crucial role in enhancing the company's brand presence across various digital platforms. This position is designed for a professional with a strong background in digital marketing, who will collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business goals. The role involves managing digital content marketing campaigns, optimizing customer journeys, and driving marketing efficiencies through data-driven insights and experimentation.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing communications that support the company's brand and marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to create targeted strategies for customer journey evolution and segmentation.
  • Execute global and local campaigns in partnership with regional sales and business units.
  • Champion campaign performance, KPIs, and reporting to drive marketing efficiencies and effectiveness.
  • Provide insights on the regional digital customer journey and content mapping for paid media activation.
  • Drive digital marketing experimentation, A/B testing, and innovation.
  • Collaborate with the corporate digital strategy and insights team to align strategic plans and deliver defined KPIs.
  • Support media planning with input on budget and new platforms to increase efficiencies.
  • Regularly report on digital marketing efforts and performance to stakeholders.
  • Conceive and request assets for all digital marketing channels, including banners, videos, and text ads.
  • Create content including graphics, copywriting, and video, or work with agencies to achieve the same.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience developing and managing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to define, measure, and drive insights of appropriate KPIs for each funnel stage.
  • Knowledge of Paid Social, SEO & SEM strategies, tactics, and measurement.
  • Experience with online monitoring and tracking tools, including Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar CRM for email campaigns and customer journeys.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Canva for creating marketing collateral.
  • Experience with SEO platforms like BrightEdge or similar.
  • Familiarity with online scheduling tools, such as Calendly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement changes rapidly.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Highly motivated, resourceful, and self-directed with the ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to review content and trends effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of the overall online and digital marketing realm.
