About the position

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in the dentistry industry, based in Jacksonville, Florida. The role involves developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. This position is crucial for enhancing our online presence and driving customer engagement through innovative marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and a passion for the dentistry field, enabling them to effectively communicate our brand's message and values to our target audience. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing all aspects of our digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, marketing database management, email marketing, social media engagement, and display advertising campaigns. You will design, build, and maintain our social media presence to increase brand awareness and engagement. Additionally, you will measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing them against established goals such as ROI and KPIs. Your analytical skills will be essential in identifying trends and insights, optimizing spend and performance based on these insights, and brainstorming new and creative growth strategies to enhance customer engagement and improve the customer journey. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience. You will also collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners to increase campaign effectiveness. Staying ahead of the curve is important, so you will evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate. Your proficiency in various tools and platforms, including Adobe Creative Cloud, Content Management Systems (CMS), CRM, and Google Tag Manager, will be vital in executing your responsibilities effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all aspects of our digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies to drive customer engagement and improve customer journey.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners to increase campaign effectiveness.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Utilize a range of skills including Adobe Creative Cloud, Content Management System (CMS), CRM, Database, Facebook Insights, Analytics, Blogging, Brand Awareness, Campaign Planning, Website Optimization, Google Tag Manager, and On-site SEO.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud is required.
  • Experience with Content Management System (CMS) is necessary.
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize CRM and database systems effectively.
  • Proven experience with Facebook Insights is required.
  • Ability to create and manage advertisements across various platforms.
  • Proficiency in using analytics to drive marketing decisions.
  • Experience in blogging and managing a brand's online presence.
  • Demonstrated ability to increase brand awareness through digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience in campaign planning and execution.
  • Skills in website optimization for better user experience and SEO.
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and on-site SEO practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
