We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive successful outcomes for COLAB clients. This role requires expertise in both SEO and PPC strategies, with the ability to oversee and execute both SEO and PPC campaigns while contributing to strategic planning and optimization. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for ensuring alignment with client objectives and performance targets, taking ownership of and providing strategic direction for client SEO and PPC campaigns, and driving ongoing optimization efforts to meet campaign objectives. In this position, you will conduct SEO audits to identify technical issues, perform keyword research and mapping, and develop metadata and on-page revisions based on performance targets and client objectives. You will also manage and optimize PPC campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, bid management, and performance analysis. Daily use of reporting, analytics, and trend tools will be essential to monitor and analyze campaign performance. Additionally, you will assist account managers with client communications, providing insights and recommendations for both SEO and PPC strategies to develop and deliver clear strategic visions. Collaboration with the Content team and other subject matter experts will be key to creating and optimizing SEO-driven and PPC content deliverables, including guides, shareable assets, core pages, and ads. You will contribute to the development and refinement of departmental processes and deliverables, while also developing and enhancing your ability to convey insights and recommendations through data and reporting. Building confidence and expertise in client interactions and internal collaboration, while sharing industry knowledge with team members, will be crucial.
