About the position

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for building brand awareness and driving traffic to our website through various digital marketing channels. This role involves establishing an online presence via targeted campaigns and creating content strategies that engage our audience. You will develop and implement digital marketing campaigns, analyze data, and stay updated with the latest trends in the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Create, improve, and maintain the company's brand identity across all digital platforms, assuring consistency and a premium market presence.
  • Streamline company materials and campaigns to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Generate leads through well-executed digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC advertising, email marketing, and other online channels.
  • Manage digital and social media marketing campaigns, tracking results, and reporting performance against KPI goals to senior leadership.
  • Develop and manage company social media accounts and develop content.
  • Re-develop and manage company websites and online sales presentation tools.
  • Spearhead the planning and execution of local events, workshops, and seminars.
  • Design and run marketing campaigns centered around key events, maximizing outreach and participation.
  • Stay abreast of real estate marketing trends, emerging digital marketing strategies, and industry best practices, adapting and implementing new approaches as needed.
  • Perform other duties as reasonably assigned.

Requirements

  • Associates degree preferred or equivalent work experience in the Marketing field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media and content marketing.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments.
  • Proven experience in creating social media strategies.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and PPC best practices.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
