About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at Edgeless Beauty Group is a key role focused on enhancing the brand's presence in the beauty and wellness industry. This position involves managing various digital marketing channels, creating engaging content, and ensuring brand consistency across platforms. The specialist will work closely with the Associate Creative Director and President to deliver exceptional service and marketing strategies that resonate with clients and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and programs with a focus on optimizing content for SEO and digital platforms.
  • Dive deep into brand audience insights, offers, KPIs, and brand standards to drive marketing strategy.
  • Utilize digital advertising and identify opportunities to enhance performance and reach.
  • Maintain brand consistency and standards across our website, email campaigns, collateral materials, communications, events, and social media platforms.
  • Create engaging daily social media content, including photos and videos, to connect with current and potential customers.
  • Monitor and track all marketing efforts, regularly reporting to peers and leadership, and making necessary adjustments.
  • Collaborate with the associate creative director to design all internal and external collateral, including promotions, special events, flyers, posters, blog posts, vlogs, and podcasts.
  • Develop a comprehensive strategy to successfully launch new products, services, and team members.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing and strategy, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Graphic Design, or a related field, with a focus on creating engaging digital content.
  • Proficiency in SEO best practices, content optimization, and digital content creation.
  • Experience in managing and growing social media channels.
  • Strong graphic design skills, with proficiency in relevant software tools.
  • Familiarity with podcast and vlog production, including scripting, recording, and editing.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
