• Execute client outreach through newsletters and manage a private online group.
• Craft compelling property descriptions for listings.
• Provide ongoing education to agents on social media best practices.

Requirements

• 2 or more years of experience as a Social Media Strategist, Marketing Coordinator, or related position.
• Skilled in data analysis with the ability to implement data-driven strategies and track results.
• Knowledge of SEO and content optimization strategies.
• Proficiency in Google Platform, YouTube, analytic programs like VidIQ, and social media management tools like Sprout Social.
• Creative flair for crafting compelling social media posts, email designs, and video concepts.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills to work closely with marketing, leadership, and sales teams.
• Knowledge of real estate marketing trends and practices is a plus.
