About the position

Adaptive-X is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support our paid media growth. This role will lead our efforts to optimize and grow paid search, social, and display campaigns, opening the door to expand into additional marketing channels in the future. Data analysis and reporting, performing and monitoring tests, identifying growth opportunities, and daily account execution will make up your day-to-day, all-in pursuit of Adaptive-X's mission to accelerate innovation, reimagine industries, and achieve market-leading results. We'll depend on your ability to pull meaningful stories from the data we collect, shaping it into marketing strategies that elevate our results ever higher.

Responsibilities

  • Lead efforts to optimize and grow paid search, social, and display campaigns.
  • Perform data analysis and reporting to identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor tests and execute daily account management tasks.
  • Develop marketing strategies based on data insights.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel managing large data sets is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A strong work ethic, passion for digital marketing, and a genuine curiosity for data analytics.
  • Exceptional eye for selecting imagery and video that resonates with target demographics.
  • Skilled in managing multiple freelancers simultaneously to expedite the delivery of advertising creative.
  • Solid understanding of paid search, paid social, and display marketing channels.
  • Become Google and Facebook Ads certified within the first 90 days of employment.
  • Experience with a data-driven approach to strategy, planning, execution, and measurement.
  • Problem-solving instincts with a knack for identifying meaningful and creative solutions.
  • Results driven with an obsessive attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates a disciplined approach while embracing calculated risks.
  • Adaptable and capable of self-directed learning to acquire new skills.
  • Strong analytical ability to identify patterns in data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proficient in organizing workloads using project management tools such as Asana.
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent practical experience required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in performance marketing preferred; candidates from diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic knowledge of ad servers, campaign optimization tools, and online tracking technology.
  • Understanding of CRO testing methodology and experience creating winning testing strategies.
  • Graphic design, video editing, and general creative experience.
  • Comfortability using advanced excel formulas.
  • Background in marketing, banking, financial services, or related fields.
