About the position

Delaware North is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their Marketing team in Buffalo, New York. This role involves managing both paid and unpaid digital marketing efforts across various channels for multiple properties. The specialist will collaborate with various teams to align search strategies with broader marketing initiatives, aiming to enhance online visibility and drive traffic to the company's digital platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Create, execute, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google and Bing for multiple Delaware North properties.
  • Manage travel campaigns on Expedia.
  • Research and create on-page SEO for new website builds and landing pages on existing websites.
  • Audit organic rankings and implement on- and off-page SEO tactics to drive strategy and increase overall site traffic.
  • Manage general business information while optimizing for SEO on business listings across multiple publisher networks.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance analytics across all search disciplines, identifying relevant insights and building recommendations for improvement.
  • Lead budget planning recommendations and daily management of spending.
  • Drive traffic, conversions, and ROI for digital acquisition channels including paid search, display, re-marketing, video, and organic.
  • Assist in building annual search marketing strategy across all Delaware North locations to support key business goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of digital marketing experience, including SEO, SEM, and Data Analyzation.
  • Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms.
  • Understanding of Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and GMB preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

  • Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications preferred.
