About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at De Castroverde Law Group is responsible for enhancing the firm's online visibility and driving qualified traffic to the website through strategic digital marketing initiatives. This role focuses on implementing effective SEO, PPC, and local search optimization strategies to increase the firm's online presence and attract potential clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Perform keyword research, on-page optimization, and content optimization.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and algorithm changes to ensure best practices are implemented.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads).
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and bid management to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement optimization strategies.
  • Provide regular reports and analysis on campaign performance metrics.
  • Set up and manage Local Service Ads campaigns to promote our services to local customers.
  • Optimize ad targeting, budget allocation, and bid strategies to drive qualified leads.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and reviews through the LSA platform.
  • Continuously refine LSA campaigns based on performance data and customer feedback.
  • Claim and optimize our business listings on Google Maps to improve local search visibility.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date information across all business listings.
  • Implement strategies to enhance our presence in local map searches and increase customer engagement.
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews and questions on Google Maps listings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, PPC, and local search optimization.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs, etc.
  • Hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads.
  • Familiarity with Local Service Ads (LSA) and Google Maps local listings management.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Spanish language proficiency is preferred.
