Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including events, email, website, and social media.
  • Manage content on digital platforms, including blog posts, case studies, newsletters, social media updates, and paid ads.
  • Contribute to lead generation efforts by optimizing landing pages, supporting lead nurturing workflows, and ensuring proper CRM integration.
  • Perform general web updates and coordinate with external vendors as needed.
  • Monitor and report on digital marketing performance.
  • Provide administrative support for marketing initiatives, including maintaining marketing calendars, tracking budgets, and managing project timelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing within a B2B context.
  • Proven success in digital campaigns and lead generation.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms/marketing automation tools; WordPress, HubSpot, Zoom, and Salesforce experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a specific focus on B2B marketing email communications and website applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access).
  • Employs a growth mindset.
