About the position

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Peachtree Corners. This role involves analyzing search engine marketing performance data, developing attribution models, and creating lead scoring to enhance revenue. The insights generated will be crucial for optimizing marketing campaigns and supporting the brand's overall business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and review search engine marketing performance data regularly.
• Create and maintain visual data using Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, GA4, GTM, and Google Ads.
• Develop attribution models to enhance lead quality and increase revenue.
• Generate new lead-generation campaigns using data analysis skills.
• Create testing recommendations and oversee their implementation.
• Utilize data analysis to boost engagement and enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, LSAs, PPC, Display, Remarketing/Retargeting, OTV/CTV, and Programmatic.
• Leverage analytical skills to find insights within data that can narrate a story.
• Take initiative with data to improve performance with new ideas.
• Apply experience in Conversion Rate Optimization and User Experience for better results.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a Digital Marketing Analyst role or similar position.
• Proficiency in using Google Ad platform for creating and managing digital advertisement campaigns.
• Strong skills in analytics and data interpretation to understand campaign performance and customer behavior.
• Experience in PPC (Pay Per Click) strategies and campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
