About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at LaunchPad Home Group is responsible for developing and executing strategic digital marketing campaigns, primarily focusing on email marketing and automation. This role aims to enhance the homeownership experience by generating leads and driving conversions for over 15 home inspection and home services brands. Responsibilities

  • Leverage CRM and marketing apps to reach core audiences including Real Estate Agents, Home Buyers, and Home Owners.
  • Develop and implement email marketing campaigns, including SMS drip, transactional, and mass campaigns.
  • Manage lists, audience segmentation, nurture campaigns, and A/B tests.
  • Write and design content for emails, SMS, social media, webpages, and ads.
  • Proofread and QA content to ensure 100% error-free execution.
  • Perform extensive research and analysis of competitor programs to identify key areas of opportunity.
  • Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance while establishing benchmarks and recommending future tests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing.
  • Expertise in email marketing platforms and experience creating engaging email campaigns.
  • Knowledge in MailChimp and ZOHO CRM, and/or other email, CRM, and automation tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or ActiveCampaign.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to document digital marketing strategies and best practices.
  • Experience utilizing the Google suite: Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
