The Digital Marketing Specialist at GID Investment Advisers LLC will play a crucial role in managing the company's digital marketing initiatives, focusing on lead generation and enhancing the online presence of the Windsor brand. This position involves overseeing the brand's website, collaborating with digital agencies, and analyzing marketing data to drive customer engagement and occupancy across the portfolio's properties.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the product owner for the WindsorCommunities.com brand website, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.
- Coordinate website updates and content management in alignment with brand standards and marketing goals.
- Manage the product backlog and collaborate with cross-departmental teams to implement new website features.
- Support the demand generation strategy by implementing and tracking lead generation campaigns across digital channels.
- Conduct regular analysis of lead generation data and provide actionable insights to improve targeting and conversion.
- Manage Internet Listing Services (ILS) administration, including upgrades, downgrades, and invoice management.
- Serve as a point of contact for digital agencies, facilitating campaign setup and performance tracking.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or website management.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, website optimization, and lead generation tactics.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex concepts for better understanding.
- Proactive with a goal/results-driven focus and effective project management skills.
- Ability to interpret a variety of data and draw valid conclusions.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience managing ILS platforms and/or working with digital marketing agencies.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Yardi Site Manager, and WordPress CMS.
- Google Analytics 4 certificate.
