About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at Univision Communications Inc. is responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across various digital platforms. This role requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to drive campaign success and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the strategy, trafficking, implementation, optimization, and reporting of paid media campaigns across digital platforms.
  • Develop digital media plans and strategies for primetime properties and special events, collaborating with internal departments.
  • Oversee the implementation and reporting of paid media campaigns on platforms like Spotify, Pandora, and social media.
  • Track and interpret campaign results, making real-time optimizations to enhance effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with multimedia producers to create unique social-first creatives for paid media buys.
  • Implement A/B tests to improve efficiency and drive growth in campaigns.
  • Create VPAID, VAST, and 1x1 tags within Google Campaign Manager for streaming campaigns.
  • Serve as a knowledge expert and consultant for the Digital Marketing department.
  • Assist in daily reporting and campaign presentations using business intelligence tools.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure campaign success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital media planning and buying.
  • Experience with Google Campaign Manager, Google Ads Manager, or similar ad servers.
  • Basic understanding of Google Analytics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, storytelling, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of digital research tools such as comScore and Nielsen.
  • Experience with DOMO or similar business intelligence tools.
  • Experience executing streaming campaigns focused on driving conversions.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Facebook Advertising and media buying.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools and data analysis.
