About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist plays a crucial role in driving day-to-day digital marketing efforts that support corporate and on-site objectives, with a primary focus on optimizing online presence. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will enhance and promote Inland Residential's brand across various digital platforms. This role encompasses key digital strategies that focus on acquisition and retention, including but not limited to, website management, reputation management, SEO, email marketing campaigns, and social media, ensuring that all digital activities are aligned with the company's broader business goals and the growth of our portfolio. In collaboration with the Manager of Branding and Marketing, the Digital Marketing Specialist partners with various departments to design and execute campaigns that improve both resident, prospect, and team experiences, while maintaining consistent brand messaging. Additionally, the role involves managing relationships with digital marketing vendors, analyzing performance metrics to assess campaign success, and providing critical support to on-site teams in achieving their marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will combine strategic insight with creativity, offering fresh ideas and a forward-thinking, entrepreneurial approach. Success in this role requires hands-on experience in digital marketing, complemented by a foundational understanding of branding and community engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Drive day-to-day digital marketing efforts to support corporate and on-site objectives.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in real estate property management.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited college/university.
  • Foundational skills in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience in developing and managing websites with consistent branding.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with leadership qualities.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and market trends.
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with OSHA laws and regulations related to marketing.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in content creation and design principles.
  • Knowledge of CRM and social media/reputation/marketing management platforms.
  • Understanding of ADA standards for inclusive advertising practices.
