As a key member of the marketing team at Eppendorf, you will play a crucial role in driving various marketing initiatives and ensuring that deliverables are met on time. Your responsibilities will encompass project management, operational support, and digital marketing efforts. You will be the go-to person for all digital marketing operational tasks, providing exceptional support to the team. This includes managing marketing automation programs, overseeing email marketing campaigns, and ensuring that social media and digital advertising efforts are executed effectively. In your role, you will be responsible for developing programs within the marketing automation platform, Marketo, following campaign briefs, making recommendations, testing programs, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. You will also ensure that the email calendar is up-to-date, create internal and external emails, and manage the social media calendar by building and deploying posts while responding to direct messages and managing requests according to company policy. Your expertise in digital advertising will be essential as you manage keywords and ads for paid search and display campaigns, working closely with stakeholders to optimize performance and ensure budget adherence. You will also be tasked with creating digital ads for third-party websites and ensuring that all tracking mechanisms are in place to measure campaign effectiveness. This includes using UTM codes for digital channels and pulling data for reporting purposes. In addition to these responsibilities, you will oversee purchase orders for digital channels, ensuring that contracts and agreements are submitted correctly and tracked appropriately. Your role may also involve additional marketing responsibilities as needed, with a travel requirement of up to 10% within the market region and internationally.
