About the position

As a digital marketing professional at Spindustry, you will play a crucial role in contributing to our marketing campaigns by executing daily marketing efforts. Your responsibilities will include managing Google Ads, engaging with social media platforms (both paid and organic), orchestrating email campaigns, and optimizing our search engine presence through SEO strategies. You will also have the opportunity to assist with Google Analytics and GA4 when necessary, providing insights that will help shape our marketing strategies. In this position, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive marketing strategies, reporting on the results of these campaigns, and effectively communicating your findings and recommendations to both the internal team and our clients. Strong presentation skills are essential, as you will need to articulate marketing strategies and their outcomes clearly to our clients. Additionally, your role will require excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure the successful completion of client projects within the designated timelines and budgets. You will be expected to take ownership of your areas of expertise while working closely with a Senior Account Manager for support. Given that a majority of our clients are agriculture manufacturers and distributors, experience in these industries is advantageous, though not mandatory. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to contribute to a team that has been successfully navigating the digital landscape for 25 years.

Responsibilities

  • Execute daily marketing efforts including Google Ads, social media, email campaigns, and SEO.
  • Assist with Google Analytics and GA4 as needed.
  • Create marketing strategies and report on campaign results.
  • Communicate results and recommendations to the team and clients.
  • Coordinate and support the successful completion of client projects on time and on budget.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Content creation experience for multiple digital channels.
  • Experience with marketing tools such as SEMRush, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Emma email marketing platform, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills.
  • College degree (2+ years).
  • 2-3 years of full-time employment experience in a marketing-related field.
