About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at Netsertive is responsible for developing and executing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to enhance the visibility and ranking of client websites on search engines. This role requires a strong understanding of SEO and paid media best practices, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members. The specialist will manage campaign execution across various digital marketing channels to meet client objectives and support the Customer Experience team operationally.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure overall client success and satisfaction
  • Own, manage and execute SEO campaigns
  • Own, manage and execute paid digital marketing campaigns
  • Own, manage and execute Netsertive's Local Listings Management, Local Review Monitoring and Social Media Content offerings
  • Create relevant content and campaigns for brands and businesses
  • Proactively provide recommendations applicable to clients' business objectives, expectations, and goals
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and provide solutions
  • Oversee and/or participate in all operational projects
  • Provide expertise on platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Facebook Business Manager, TradeDesk, BrightLocal, SEMRush and Google Analytics
  • Work closely with the Product Team to test and implement new products
  • Work closely with the Strategy Team to implement new strategies for clients
  • Work closely with internal team members to help develop internal standard operational processes and procedures

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience managing paid digital campaigns
  • 1-3 years of experience executing on SEO efforts
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, SEO tools, and best practices
  • Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, BrightLocal or similar
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Documents and Google Ads reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related area
  • 1+ years of digital marketing, SEO or technical experience
  • 1+ years of demonstrated dedication to client support and problem solving in a collaborative team environment
