About the position

As an integral member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in marketing automation and email marketing efforts, with the opportunity to support SEO and web optimization. Your responsibilities will include performing the setup, implementation, and maintenance of marketing automation workflows. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop automated marketing campaigns that nurture leads and drive conversions. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for templates to support greater digital marketing efficiency in email marketing. Monitoring and optimizing automated campaigns to ensure optimal performance, troubleshooting issues, and suggesting improvements based on data analysis will also be key aspects of your role. You will maintain documentation of workflows and marketing automation processes related to setup and execution, triggered or transactional messages, and subscription management workflows. Furthermore, you will collaborate with web developers and designers to implement website changes aimed at improving user experience and conversion rates, as well as perform SEO updates to optimize landing pages and other website elements. Ensuring workflow conversions align with the lead management process will be essential to your success in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Perform the setup, implementation, and maintenance of marketing automation workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience using Marketo Engage in a development role.
  • Knowledge of email marketing quality tools (e.g. Email on Acid).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and Analytics best practices and tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
