About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist will execute and optimize digital campaigns for clients, ensuring that marketing strategies meet specific objectives. This role focuses on technical implementation and maximizing results, collaborating closely with creative and account teams to align campaigns with client goals.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others for the agency's clients.
  • Optimize the performance of advertising campaigns (PPC), continuously adjusting targeting, ads, and bids to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others, generating regular reports with recommendations for improvement.
  • Implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve the organic positioning of websites and increase high-quality traffic.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop ads, banners, and other digital assets that resonate with the target audience.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns and automation to support client conversion and retention efforts.
  • Conduct A/B testing on campaigns to identify which strategies yield the best results and apply those lessons in real-time.
  • Participate in the creation of social media strategies, overseeing the implementation and optimization of content.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and propose new ideas for innovative campaigns that maximize client impact.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing within an advertising agency or similar environment.
  • Proven experience managing advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and other social networks.
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, SEM, and data analysis.
  • Ability to work with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media management platforms.
  • Experience with marketing automation and email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within tight deadlines.
  • Strong data analysis skills to optimize campaigns and make metrics-based decisions.
  • Creativity and problem-solving skills to develop effective solutions and new ideas.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Passion for communication oriented towards social causes and shared values.

Nice-to-haves

  • Certifications in digital marketing (Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, Google Analytics) are a plus.
  • Italian language skills will be well-valued.
