About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at Integrated Project Management Company (IPM) is responsible for developing and executing demand generation strategies to enhance the company's visibility and market strength. This role involves managing CRM and marketing automation platforms, creating email campaigns, maintaining databases, and developing integrated digital marketing campaigns to support strategic initiatives. The specialist will also monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts and website activity.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer IPM's CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Identify ways to best utilize marketing automation systems and manage lead flow processes.
• Create and deploy email campaigns, including drip and nurture campaigns.
• Maintain and update marketing automation system databases based on marketing activity.
• Develop integrated digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Create, build, and maintain webpages in the content management system (CMS).
• Establish metrics to monitor and report performance of digital marketing campaigns and website activity.
• Provide ongoing metrics to support marketing campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related studies.
• 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing automation and/or SEM.
• Well versed in marketing automation and CRM best practices, preferably Pardot and Salesforce.
• Experience working with content management systems (CMS), preferably WordPress.
• Accomplished in SEO and SEM.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Strong communication and writing skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in professional services marketing is a plus.
