About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at TEKsystems plays a crucial role in developing a local digital marketing model that complements the existing global framework. This position focuses on activating and optimizing web campaigns to create personalized experiences for targeted segments, ultimately driving higher engagement and supporting business objectives across the Americas. The specialist will collaborate with various teams to ensure campaigns are scalable and effectively utilize the marketing technology stack.

Responsibilities

  • Manage digital web content and campaigns to improve digital experiences for clients and prospects across all Institutional websites.
  • Prepare content for digital delivery by liaising with stakeholders to understand what content needs to be published or optimized.
  • Design and manage campaign pages with a focus on client engagement and conversion opportunities.
  • Execute content management tasks using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) while adhering to SEO guidelines and web best practices.
  • Post-publish content by analyzing metrics to improve web experiences and user engagement.
  • Partner with the Web Content Team to ensure effective processes for technical requirements and continuity across sites.
  • Facilitate ideation sessions and collaborate with design and development teams to enhance capabilities across platforms.
  • Support lead lifecycle strategies that generate conversions and client retention across websites.
  • Conduct content audits of existing and competitive brands to support business growth.
  • Act as a local point of contact for digital initiatives and projects, collecting and inputting business requirements.
  • Work with GDS to identify and prioritize enhancements for the business unit and its segments.
  • Ideate with marketers to create personalized experiences that drive engagement.
  • Leverage global best practices while partnering with stakeholders to grow capabilities in the Americas region.
  • Align with web specialists and managers on testing, measurement, and improvements to optimize marketing results.
  • Suggest design enhancements for marketing campaigns and user experiences.
  • Provide knowledge sharing and training to local marketers and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in website design, content management, and user experience best practices.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), SiteCore, and/or Drupal as a CMS.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and ADA accessibility tools.
  • Excellent communication, writing, editing, and project management skills.
  • Mix of technical, creative, and marketing skills.
  • Analytical ability with a good understanding of SEO and web analytics.
  • Comfortable presenting ideas to stakeholders and advocating for users.
  • Highly organized and proficient in managing requirements and deadlines.
  • Collaborative approach to working with global partners.

Nice-to-haves

  • Ability to ideate and think strategically about content management and personalization.
  • Experience in content auditing, information architecture, and SEO best practices.
  • Experience in financial services, preferably asset management.
