About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at Industrial Metal Supply will play a crucial role in enhancing the company's digital presence and brand awareness. This position involves developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, collaborating with stakeholders to optimize the customer journey, and driving marketing efficiencies through data-driven insights. The specialist will be integral to the company's growth phase, focusing on content marketing, SEO, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing communications that align with the company's brand and marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to create targeted strategies for customer journey evolution and segmentation.
  • Execute global and local marketing campaigns in partnership with regional sales and business units.
  • Monitor campaign performance, KPIs, and reporting to drive marketing efficiencies and effectiveness.
  • Provide insights on the regional digital customer journey and content mapping for paid media activation.
  • Drive digital marketing experimentation, A/B testing, and innovation.
  • Work with the corporate digital strategy team to align strategic plans and deliver defined KPIs.
  • Support media planning with budget input and new platform ideas.
  • Regularly report on digital marketing efforts and performance to stakeholders.
  • Conceive and request assets for all digital marketing channels, including banners and videos.
  • Create content such as graphics, copywriting, and videos, or collaborate with agencies for production.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in developing and managing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to define, measure, and drive insights of KPIs for each funnel stage.
  • Knowledge of Paid Social, SEO & SEM strategies and measurement.
  • Experience with online monitoring tools, including Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar CRM for email campaigns.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Canva for creating marketing materials.
  • Experience with SEO platforms like BrightEdge or similar.
  • Familiarity with online scheduling tools, such as Calendly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement rapid changes for marketing performance.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with multitasking ability.
  • Highly motivated and self-directed with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong knowledge base in online and digital marketing.

  • Experience in building materials, industrial products, or distribution.
