About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at Salata Franchise LLC is responsible for driving digital marketing efforts to enhance brand presence and engage customers. This role involves creating, implementing, and optimizing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, SEO, PPC, and content marketing. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can work independently in a dynamic environment and is passionate about building marketing strategies from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
  • Develop engaging content for the Salata website, blogs, social media, and email campaigns to attract and retain customers.
  • Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns, segmenting audiences to maximize engagement and retention.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including brand, field, and loyalty to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Assist in managing the digital marketing budget and optimizing spend across various channels.
  • Oversee relationships with external vendors, ensuring effective execution of marketing initiatives and alignment with brand goals.
  • Manage public relations efforts, including crafting press releases and coordinating media outreach to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
  • 4-year degree in a relevant field.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, and Paytronix is a plus.
  • Experience in the restaurant or franchising industry is preferred.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a clear MVR report.
  • One week of restaurant training is required at a Salata location.
