About the position

Nebraska Public Media is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to enhance its communications efforts across various digital platforms. This role involves analyzing audience data, refining marketing strategies, and promoting projects and programs effectively. The specialist will collaborate with the team to develop innovative promotional strategies and will leverage their visual design skills to create impactful digital advertising.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze audience and campaign data to improve digital marketing efforts.
  • Generate reports to evaluate and share insights on marketing performance.
  • Collaborate with the Graphics team to create effective digital advertising.
  • Develop and implement creative digital marketing strategies, including paid search and SEO.
  • Brainstorm inventive ways to promote the station and its offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or advertising.
  • One year of experience in communications, marketing, public relations, and/or advertising; equivalent education/experience considered.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and data analysis skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads and Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of SEO and retargeting.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
