About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at Standard Process Inc. is responsible for supporting omnichannel marketing campaigns aimed at driving brand awareness and delivering cohesive customer experiences across various channels for the POSSIBLE product line. This role involves managing the CRM program and executing marketing strategies that align with business objectives to enhance market share and sales revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, test, execute, manage, and optimize POSSIBLE's email and SMS programs using various methods including A/B testing.
  • Leverage marketing automation to drive customer lifetime value, increase retention, and enhance upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Support marketing campaigns including social media, paid digital, and event advertising in collaboration with agencies.
  • Align campaigns with business objectives to grow target market share and increase sales revenue.
  • Partner with marketing co-workers to identify opportunities for cross-promotion of POSSIBLE products.
  • Participate in team meetings and activities to align with the Digital Marketing Manager's goals.
  • Leverage market and customer data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Analyze and assess digital marketing channels to identify areas of opportunity.
  • Work with outside agency partners to review and approve marketing collateral.
  • Measure and report on marketing KPIs and business performance to optimize strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business with a focus on digital marketing required.
  • 3 - 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and email strategy.
  • Experience in managing CRM and social media programs.
  • Proficient with marketing automation tools such as Klaviyo, Pardot, Mailchimp, and Hootsuite.
  • Experience in digital content creation for audience engagement.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical capabilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.

Nice-to-haves

  • Google Analytics Individual Qualification preferred.
  • Digital Marketing Certifications preferred.
