About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at Optikos Corporation is responsible for executing both organic and paid media efforts, managing email communications, and updating the company website. This role is crucial for implementing strategic B2B digital marketing programs that align with the organization's business objectives. The position requires a blend of data analysis, creative execution, and growth marketing to develop effective digital marketing strategies across various platforms including search, social media, email, and web.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement search and social efforts to direct quality traffic to the company website.
  • Build email communications in line with best practices and business objectives.
  • Update the website in conjunction with content, campaign, and business objectives.
  • Plan, execute, and measure digital experiments and conversion tests.
  • Evaluate data at tactic, audience, and segment levels to optimize spend and marketing performance.
  • Develop and maintain informative reports that track campaign metrics and present them to internal stakeholders with actionable recommendations.
  • Stay up to date with current and emerging technologies and trends in SEM and paid media, providing thought leadership for adoption.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 3 years of digital marketing experience as part of a marketing team.
  • Solid knowledge of Google GA4, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads Campaign Manager, and other management/measurement tools.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Self-starter with the initiative and ability to think commercially and creatively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) or equivalent, WordPress, and landing page builders like Beaver Builder.
