About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at NCS Credit is responsible for developing and implementing online marketing strategies to enhance the visibility of products and services, as well as the NCS Credit brand. This role involves conducting market research, analyzing digital data, and optimizing marketing campaigns to drive client engagement and lead generation. The position requires collaboration with various teams and third-party agencies to execute effective marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings, and demographic data.
• Aggregate and analyze digital data and make recommendations/reports to optimize website and increase client engagement.
• Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
• Implement and optimize marketing campaigns using SEO, PPC and other top of funnel tactical tools.
• Research and prospect new leads, meeting or exceeding defined marketing metrics.
• Manage the NCS Credit website in alignment with SEO tactics, web optimization and lead generation.
• Coordinate work with third-party marketing agency to create and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Research advertising trends and competitors' pricing and products.
• Collaborate with Marketing to execute content creation.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 3 plus years of experience in a Marketing coordinator role.
• Experience using a CRM system such as Sugar or Salesforce.
• Experience with GA4.
• Experience with lead generation tools such as ZoomInfo, Google Ads, etc.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with digital marketing analytics tools.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS).
• Knowledge of email marketing platforms.
