About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at Koroseal Interior Products is responsible for executing and managing various digital marketing projects aimed at enhancing brand awareness, customer engagement, and online lead generation. This role involves creating and managing content across multiple digital platforms, optimizing social media presence, and collaborating with other departments to support marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and a proven track record in managing social media campaigns and other online marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Support the digital marketing strategy through the development and implementation of content for websites, digital catalogs, blogs, videos, social media, email campaigns, events, SEO keywords, digital ads, and more.
  • Assist in the creation and management of the digital content calendar, ensuring a posting schedule is developed six months in advance.
  • Create content that motivates, inspires, educates, informs, sells, and provides information across a variety of digital platforms.
  • Manage and optimize social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.) to engage with the target audience and drive traffic to the company's website.
  • Monitor and track competitors' social media activities and identify new opportunities for growth and engagement.
  • Use analytics tools to monitor key metrics, generate performance reports, and provide insights for optimization.
  • Collaborate with Market and Product Development Managers on product launches and promotions.
  • Manage day-to-day operations using tools like Constant Contact, Sprout Social, and Material Bank.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, proposing innovative ideas to improve campaign performance and audience engagement.
  • Understand business objectives, brand message, product lines and positioning, and the commercial design audience.
  • Follow company guidelines to ensure messaging is consistent with brand standards.
  • Work closely with marketing and other departments to produce content that generates results.
  • Support cross-department digital marketing training.
  • Maintain a close understanding of work assignments, workload priorities, quality of work performed, and deadline commitments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree minimum, preferably in digital marketing, media, communications, or advertising.
  • Proven work experience (4-6 years) in digital and social media marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and best practices.
  • Excellent content creation and design skills, with a keen design eye.
  • Experience with B2B brands or the commercial interior industry is a plus.
  • Expertise in managing and implementing successful digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Ability to deliver creative content through text, images, and videos.
  • Experience writing quality content optimized for search.
  • Ability to grasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively.
  • Excellent communication skills as well as multitasking and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a team-focused, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proven ability to align creative concepts with marketing strategies.
  • Strong project management skills: ability to juggle multiple projects, organize and prioritize, and respond quickly to changes.
  • Solutions-minded, outgoing personality ready to work across departments and with customers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Experience working with content creation and management platforms such as Constant Contact, SharpSpring, Canva, Capcut, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Flipsnack, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, etc.
