About the position

We are looking for a creative and analytical Digital Marketing Specialist to enhance our brand presence and drive growth at DataPandas. This role involves developing and managing marketing campaigns, optimizing user experience, and utilizing analytics to measure and improve marketing effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote the products and services of our company.
  • Enhance brand awareness in the digital space.
  • Drive website traffic and acquire leads.
  • Identify and evaluate new digital technologies and use web analytics tools to measure site traffic to better optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, and display and search advertising.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Establish, maintain, and optimize scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.
  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
