About the position

Lytx is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to play a pivotal role in developing impactful digital marketing experiences that support our Account Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns. This position is integral to our go-to-market strategy, where the successful candidate will collaborate with broader growth marketing teams to translate strategic initiatives into personalized, high-impact buying journeys across various digital touchpoints, including paid media, web personalization, email, and more. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing and continuously optimizing marketing channels and tactics to effectively engage target accounts. In this role, you will contribute to the tactical planning of omni-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring that each campaign is tailored to meet the needs of our audience. You will execute personalized digital experiences within integrated campaigns that span paid media, email, web personalization, and social media. A key aspect of your responsibilities will involve identifying opportunities for continuous optimization of digital marketing tactics through A/B testing and other experimentation methods. Additionally, you will contribute to campaign and channel performance reporting, providing insights that drive future marketing efforts. Collaboration is essential in this role, as you will coordinate projects with cross-functional teams, including content, creative, and marketing operations, to ensure alignment with campaign goals and brand messaging. Other duties may be assigned as needed, allowing for a dynamic and engaging work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the tactical planning of omni-channel marketing campaigns
  • Execute personalized digital experiences within integrated campaigns, spanning paid media, email, web personalization, and social media
  • Identify opportunities to continuously optimize digital marketing tactics with A/B testing and other experimentation
  • Contribute to campaign and channel performance reporting
  • Coordinate projects with cross-functional teams including content, creative, and marketing operations to ensure campaign and brand alignment
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience working on a digital marketing team, preferably in B2B or SaaS
  • Hands-on experience in paid media best practices
  • Hands-on experience nurturing target audiences with email, retargeting, and other digital touchpoints
  • Familiarity with web personalization and CRO tools (Mutiny) is a plus
  • Familiarity with predictive intent tools (6sense, DemandBase) is a plus
  • Proficiency in project management software (Asana, Trello) is a plus
  • BA/BS in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or equivalent
