About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at Tier10 is responsible for managing and optimizing online campaigns across various platforms, focusing on both paid and organic strategies. This role involves creating new digital products for B2B and B2C businesses, presenting client results, and supporting new business pitches. A strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify, is essential for success. The position is fully remote, offering a flexible work environment and opportunities for professional development within the digital marketing and product development space.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and manage paid and organic content strategies across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Pinterest.
  • Optimize ad campaigns using Google AdWords, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and other digital platforms.
  • Manage large marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and spend efficiency across campaigns and platforms.
  • Create and refine custom audiences, leveraging first- and third-party data to drive targeted results.
  • Conduct A/B testing to measure performance, optimize ad creatives, and boost engagement.
  • Provide comprehensive reporting on campaign performance, including detailed data analysis, insights, and actionable recommendations for improving future campaigns.
  • Present campaign results and strategic insights to clients, ensuring transparency and clarity in all communications.
  • Participate in new business pitches, helping the agency secure new clients by presenting digital strategies and showcasing campaign success stories.
  • Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices across various verticals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize and develop new digital products tailored to the needs of B2B and B2C clients, from e-commerce solutions to interactive tools.
  • Leverage your deep knowledge of e-commerce platforms, especially Shopify, to optimize campaigns, product listings, and customer experiences for e-commerce clients.
  • Drive innovation and new campaign ideas to elevate brand visibility and engagement.
  • Implement strategies to increase campaign ROI, ensuring budget efficiencies across platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams remotely to align digital strategies with overall marketing goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid and organic strategies.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, GA4, or Meta Ads, preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Google AdWords, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Ads, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
  • Expertise in managing large marketing budgets across multiple campaigns and ensuring efficient spend.
  • Expertise in setting up and managing custom audiences, with a deep understanding of audience segmentation and targeting.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and using data to optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience in developing digital products for both B2B and B2C markets.
  • In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms, especially Shopify, with experience optimizing campaigns and online storefronts for e-commerce clients.
  • Strong understanding of ad campaign efficiencies and ways to reduce cost while maximizing impact.
  • Ability to create comprehensive reporting for internal and external stakeholders, providing clear insights and recommendations.
  • Experience presenting to clients and explaining complex digital strategies and performance reports in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Proven success in pitching digital strategies for new business, securing new clients through thoughtful presentations and strategic proposals.
  • Experience managing campaigns across different types of verticals, from B2B to consumer-focused brands.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with strong project management and communication skills.
