About the position

Xylem is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support various digital marketing activities, primarily focusing on email marketing, marketing automation, and data analytics. The role involves collaborating with marketing teams to optimize campaigns and improve customer engagement, contributing to Xylem's mission of addressing global water challenges through innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in various digital marketing activities with a primary focus on email creation and marketing automation support.
• Build email lists, create and optimize emails for conversion, and adjust email marketing strategies based on analytics.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to test and improve campaign creative, copy, and audience targeting.
• Support marketing and lead generation strategies to enhance sales for new and existing products.
• Create and copywrite digital content such as web pages, emails, blogs, infographics, videos, and social media posts.
• Manage, measure, and optimize campaigns to meet established KPIs.
• Stay updated with the XA Martech stack and assist in its use.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 1 year focused on email marketing using tools like Marketo or Eloqua.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a relevant field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and good judgment.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Experience with content marketing and management.
• Ability to keyboard 75% of the time and remain seated for extended periods.

Nice-to-haves

• Ability to think strategically and plan tactically, with experience in reporting and data analysis.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Marketo.
• Familiarity with Google AdWords and Google Tag Manager.
• Marketo Certification.
• Fluency in HTML.
• Knowledge of optimization techniques for email, web pages, and paid advertising.
