About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing the company's online presence and driving marketing campaigns that promote products and services. This position involves a blend of creativity and analytical skills to optimize digital marketing strategies and improve customer engagement across various platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote the products and services of our company
  • Enhance brand awareness within the digital space as well as drive website traffic and acquire leads/customers
  • Measure site traffic, identify and evaluate new digital technologies, and optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, and display & search advertising using web analytics tools
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build, and maintain our social media presence
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or advertising
  • Proven experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Previous use of other digital marketing platforms (e.g., Canva, Asana, Hootsuite)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
