About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist will lead community management and marketing support activities, focusing on content creation, customer relations, and analytics. This role involves collaborating with various teams to enhance the company's public-facing communications and support customer engagement through social media. The specialist will also be responsible for tracking multiple projects and ensuring alignment with marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead community management activities, including content creation and customer relations.
  • Write blog posts, articles, newsletters, and social media content.
  • Create and maintain content calendars for social media channels.
  • Contribute to the social media plan that aligns with marketing strategies.
  • Work with customer service and technical teams to support customers on social media.
  • Provide reports on metrics using analytic tools and improve engagement through testing.
  • Collaborate with channel managers to align marketing initiatives and optimize campaigns.
  • Track and manage multiple projects, including timelines and deliverables.

Requirements

  • BA in communications, advertising, public relations, business or related field.
  • 3+ years' experience managing social media platforms or communities for brands.
  • 3+ years working in a corporate or agency environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • MBA optional
  • Proficiency in content management and listening tools like Sprinklr, Netbase, Sprout, Cision, On24.
  • Exceptional communication skills and leadership capability.
