About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at Crawford Electric Supply is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to enhance the company's online presence and drive revenue growth. This role involves utilizing various digital marketing tools and strategies, including paid media campaigns, email marketing, and content creation, while also focusing on process improvements and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns from conception to launch.
• Define, measure, and evaluate paid media KPIs.
• Implement marketing automation processes and research best practices.
• Manage the email marketing program, including segmentation and deployment.
• Create content for high conversion landing pages and edit HTML.
• Plan and perform A/B testing to enhance productivity and conversion rates.
• Create digital graphic designs.
• Understand and evaluate campaign metrics and report to key leaders.
• Work with management to define KPIs and analyze campaign performance.
• Manage the flow of leads from Marketing to Sales, ensuring follow-up.

Requirements

• Three years of previous marketing experience.
• Understanding of CRM and Digital Marketing tools.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Data analysis, analytics, and reporting capabilities.
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient with MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of web design trends and techniques.
