About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role at a medical device manufacturer in Haw River, NC. This position focuses on leveraging analytics and data analysis to drive growth and revenue through various digital marketing strategies. The specialist will be responsible for curating content, executing marketing campaigns, and optimizing advertising efforts across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Understand and research advertising trends
• Identify and negotiate advertising opportunities with Andersen distributors
• Curate content targeted for specific audiences
• Assist in the management of the website
• Target potential clients using data mining platforms
• Plan, schedule, design and execute digital marketing bi-weekly campaigns
• Measure and report on digital traffic and conversions
• Monitor social media and Google Analytics
• Help optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools
• Report on the growth and analytics of campaigns to stakeholders
• Scale campaigns to maximize ROI
• Monitor project status and outcomes
• Conduct market research to inform campaigns
• Brainstorm and implement potential strategies and conversion tests

Requirements

• Experience in eCommerce, SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC, email marketing, and affiliate marketing
• Skilled in curating content and executing digital marketing campaigns
• Ability to develop customer journey funnels
• Strong analytical reporting and critical thinking skills
• Excellent tactical communication skills

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with graphic design (not required but beneficial)
