About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at MediaFuel plays a crucial role in managing client projects, executing strategic marketing campaigns, and optimizing digital marketing efforts. This hybrid position requires collaboration with internal teams and clients to ensure timely delivery of initiatives, while also focusing on SEO, paid advertising, and marketing automation. The specialist will be responsible for analyzing data, providing actionable insights, and supporting client relationships through effective communication and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee weekly project status updates for clients and manage their accounts.
  • Coordinate initiative calendars and project schedules for assigned clients.
  • Collaborate with internal team members and web developers to ensure the timely delivery of initiatives.
  • Lead keyword research, SEO, and Paid Advertising initiatives.
  • Provide weekly updates for assigned clients and ensure team members are aware of project due dates.
  • Communicate with clients about the status of projects, ensuring all are running on time and within the project scope.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly lead generation reports, monthly SEO reports, PPC reporting, and other performance reports.
  • Assist in planning and executing digital audits, web services, SEO, database marketing, email campaigns, and social media campaigns.
  • Build and execute campaigns, programs, and emails in marketing automation platforms such as Keep, HubSpot, Pardot, Salesforce, Go High Level, Mailchimp, Marketo, etc.
  • Support and reinforce client relationships by being a subject-matter expert on digital strategy, channel utilization, and tactical execution.
  • Work with other account team members to develop creative briefs for projects and disseminate them to creative teams.
  • Schedule kick-off meetings and collaborate with all team members to deliver projects on schedule and within the project scope.
  • Evaluate and optimize websites for clients through auditing and SEO evaluation.
  • Monitor and optimize client accounts such as Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager accounts.
  • Create performance reports highlighting campaign takeaways and performance against established KPIs.
  • Implement technical SEO improvements, including site structure, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website performance optimization.
  • Conduct A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and customer segmentation.
  • Analyze data, interpret metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve SEO performance.
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis.
  • Optimize website content, including blogs, landing pages, and product pages.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly content.
  • Manage and create various lead-nurturing campaigns, utilizing email and SMS.
  • Assist with social media posting for specific clients.
  • Update WordPress-based websites and adjust content on client sites as needed.
  • Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, social media ads, etc.).
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize ad copy to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
  • Plan and execute digital media buys across display networks, programmatic advertising, and other digital channels.
  • Negotiate and manage relationships with media vendors and platforms to ensure optimal ad placements and pricing.
  • Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and manage budgets for PPC and media buy campaigns.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, media buying, and high-ticket sales environments.
  • Strong background in building and managing marketing funnels and automation workflows.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Go High Level.
  • Experience in high-ticket sales and agency marketing, with a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to specific industry segments.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and customer segmentation.
