About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at Hapax will be responsible for managing the company's online presence and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels. This role is pivotal in defining and developing the company's digital marketing strategies, working closely with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to effectively communicate Hapax's mission and impact.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Hapax's online presence and ensure effective execution of digital marketing campaigns across all channels.
  • Establish operating rhythm and KPIs for business development across events, content, and operations.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, ROI, and customer engagement.
  • Contribute to the creation of marketing campaigns across social media, the company website, email, and other platforms.
  • Review current social media activity and implement new strategies to grow the social media footprint.
  • Research industry media outlets for potential paid opportunities and manage third-party media relationships.
  • Create and execute a digital marketing plan with direction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing corporate websites and leading updates and enhancements.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
  • 1-2 years of marketing experience.
  • Experience managing website updates, feature enhancements, integrations, and deployments.
  • Ability to deploy landing pages and maintain site accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor campaigns for automation accuracy and perform quality assurance on customer-facing initiatives.
  • Execute marketing automation campaigns to drive lead generation.
  • Gather inputs and assets for email campaigns and landing page development, including audience segmentation and campaign logic.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing elements including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO and social media.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta, LinkedIn, and Webflow strongly preferred.
