This position is responsible for supporting various digital marketing initiatives, content creation, market analysis, and brand management, all aimed at promoting RPA's mission of accelerating philanthropy for a just world. The specialist will work collaboratively within a hybrid work environment, contributing to both internal and external communications while ensuring alignment with RPA's values and goals.

Responsibilities

• Support and optimize digital marketing programs and track campaign progress.
• Develop various digital marketing materials and update online assets.
• Create and update content for the RPA website and social media channels.
• Utilize metrics and analytics to report on digital marketing content performance.
• Collect and analyze market data to inform marketing and communication plans.
• Support the management of RPA's brand and visual identity.
• Prepare regular internal reports to evaluate strategies and recalibrate efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient knowledge of CMS, such as Wordpress and Sprout Social.
• Excellent copywriting and editing skills.
• Strong web analytics skills.
• 3-4 years of experience working unsupervised in a similar role.
• Experience with web content management and online tools.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with a CRM such as NetSuite or Salesforce.
• Experience with video content editing for YouTube and social media.
