Copper and Brass Sales, a division of thyssenkrupp Materials NA, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is hybrid or remote (if over 45 minutes from a site) and is crucial for executing and managing a wide range of digital marketing initiatives aimed at increasing our brand presence and driving sales across North America. The ideal candidate will have a diverse background in digital marketing and will be responsible for enhancing our digital footprint, optimizing our eCommerce visibility, and leveraging marketing automation tools to engage and convert our target audience. The Digital Marketing Specialist will report to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and work collaboratively with a team of marketing and communication professionals, including designers and copywriters. Key responsibilities include leading and managing external marketing projects, ensuring timely execution and delivery of marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives, and supporting sustainability and solution selling campaigns with strategic content and digital marketing tactics. The specialist will also manage video projects, provide marketing support to the Copper and Brass Sales eCommerce website, and maintain frequent communication with the channel manager to ensure cohesive digital strategy execution. In addition, the role involves developing and managing content for various digital channels, implementing SEO and SEM strategies to increase online visibility, overseeing email marketing and marketing automation activities, and directing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility. The Digital Marketing Specialist will utilize Google Analytics and other tools to track and report on website performance and marketing campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights to optimize digital marketing strategies and drive continuous improvement.
