About the position

TruVolt Brands LLC is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team in Jersey City, NJ. This role involves developing, implementing, tracking, analyzing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels to enhance the growth of eCommerce sites and retail partnerships. The ideal candidate will be skilled in paid search and social media marketing, with a strong ability to analyze data and collaborate with different teams to drive online sales.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute paid ad campaigns that deliver maximum ROI.
  • Execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to grow users and revenue across web, SEM, programmatic, remarketing, and email marketing.
  • Lead marketing strategies focusing on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and ROI.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns against goals, preparing bi-weekly and monthly summary reports.
  • Build and prepare an email marketing calendar for promotions across D2C websites and retail partners.
  • Analyze and evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and suggest improvements.
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance based on analysis.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  • Plan, execute, and measure conversion tests.
  • Partner with internal teams to create and optimize landing pages.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and lead implementation when advantageous.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in digital marketing, data analytics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of work experience in digital marketing with proven results in SEM strategies and email marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with eCommerce marketplace channels, including Amazon and Walmart.
  • Strong knowledge of website analytic tools such as Google Analytics and Omniture.
  • Proficient in setting up and optimizing ad campaigns across Google, Facebook, Bing, and Amazon.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thought processes.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Klaviyo for email marketing.
  • Knowledge of Shopify platform and GemPage landing page builder app.
  • Familiarity with programmatic marketing and DSP knowledge.
  • Experience with A/B testing and multivariate experiments.
