As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be the driving force behind growing the regional performance marketing channel by developing demand generation programs, executing marketing campaigns, providing analytics, and implementing process improvements. You will own and direct full-funnel planning and execution, targeting strategies, and performance of all paid digital marketing platforms across digital platforms for the North America region. This role requires close collaboration with the North America sales and business units to support regional business goals, ensuring ownership of campaign performance, KPIs, and reporting with the goal of driving marketing efficiencies and effectiveness through ongoing optimizations. You will also provide inputs on the regional digital customer journey, touchpoint, and content mapping for paid media activation, driving digital marketing experimentation, A/B testing, and innovation. Additionally, you will work closely with the global digital strategy and insights team to deploy business unit aligned strategic plans, insights, and analytics, delivering defined KPIs. Media planning, including advertising budget planning and maintenance, will be part of your responsibilities, along with regular reporting of advertising plans and performance to various stakeholders. As the day-to-day agency lead for paid media, you will set agency targets, evaluate performance, and supervise agency activities, while collaborating with the global digital marketing team for inputs into the global joint business plans with key media partners. You will also be responsible for asset conception and requests for all digital marketing channels, including banners, videos, text ads, dynamic ads, and more, evolving all ongoing paid marketing channels to improve overall strategy, tactics, and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Own and direct full-funnel planning and execution for paid digital marketing platforms in North America.
  • Execute key regional campaigns in collaboration with North America sales and business units.
  • Take ownership of campaign performance, KPIs, and reporting to drive marketing efficiencies.
  • Provide inputs on the regional digital customer journey and content mapping for paid media activation.
  • Drive digital marketing experimentation, A/B testing, and innovation.
  • Collaborate with global digital strategy and insights team to deploy strategic plans and deliver defined KPIs.
  • Plan and maintain advertising budgets and report performance to stakeholders.
  • Act as the day-to-day agency lead for paid media, setting targets and evaluating performance.
  • Work with the global digital marketing team for inputs into global joint business plans with key media partners.
  • Conceive and request assets for all digital marketing channels, including banners and videos.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 7+ years of work experience in digital marketing with a good understanding of digital media.
  • Practical experience in placing Search Ads, Social Ads, Display Ads, and Programmatic Ads.
  • Experience with DV360 and other Google Stacks.
  • Experience in media planning and execution on an international/global level.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce metrics and KPIs.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret and present data to high-level stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with global stakeholders.
  • Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work in a matrix organization, both effectively and autonomously.
